• • Is alcohol provided/allowed?
If all passengers are over the legal drinking age (21), then you can have alcohol. If there are those who are under the legal drinking age, there cannot be one drop of alcohol. We do not supply you with alcohol. You will have to bring your own.

• • What information is required for making a reservation?
After the booking agent tells you your quote, if you would like to make the reservation, you would have to pay a deposit with a credit or debit card. Once that is paid, you are guaranteed to have a vehicle you want, show up at the time you've reserved.

• • Can a reservation be canceled?
No, it can't be canceled. Once you've agreed to the contract and paid a deposit, you will be expected to pay the full amount, even if you decline service. You must be sure that you want it and have all the correct information.

• • Is smoking allowed?
We do not allow any type of smoking on any of our vehicles. The buses need to be fresh and clean for each customer who may rent it after you. Also, by not allowing smoking, it lowers the chances of damage to the vehicle which you would have to pay for.

• • When are you open?
Every day, all day. There isn't a time that we're not open. You can call use when you have the time to. So if you're up late at 3 in the morning, talking about getting a limo bus, you can call us to get a quote on how much it would cost.

• • Can we travel outside of Ann Arbor?
Of course! Our services are available far across Michigan, so you can be picked up or dropped off or travel to just about anywhere!

• • Can children come on the vehicles?
Of course! Children of any age are welcomed. We do want to let parents know that there are no seat belts to buckle them in. Keep in mind that if there are going to be children on the bus, there cannot be any alcohol on board.
